    Savagnin is aged sous-voile for 3 months in stainless steel

     


    Chardonnay and Savagnin are then blended in demi-muid and aged for 11 months

    Dry and oxidative, yet racy and full of energy. Powerful aromas of hazelnuts and spice. Excellent length and texture on the palate.
