Aged for 15-18 months in oak barrels (30-40% are new)
Unfined + unfiltered
Minimal SO2 at bottling
Expressive, bright and with lots of juicy fruit on show. Chalky minerality on the structure and fragrant hints of earth and dried herbs come through.
