Destemmed by hand and gently pressed to stainless steel for the
fermentation

 

Aged for 8 months in concrete tank

 

Unfiltered and unfined

A luminous white wine, with yellow flowers combined with stone fruits and smoke. In a vintage marked by some hailstorms, Marco's hand, together with the influence of the volcanic soil, have given life to a wine of incredible class and character.
