    Hand harvested from 25 yr old vines in Perno, on Santo Stefano hill in the village of Monforte d’Alba and various vineyards in Castiglione Falletto


    Fermented in large oak for 12-15 days


    Aged in medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels for around 6-8 months

  • Tasting Notes

    Bright and intense fruit with well balanced, fine grip and texture. Spice and earth begin to show and further dark fruit character. Fantastic length and acidity to the finish.
