    Hand harvested from the south-east slope of the Monte Venda at 400m, in volcanic breccia, clay, marl and trachyte

     

    Fermented in large, old oak barrels where it remains for several months on its lees

     

    Aged in cement tanks for 10-12 months, to be finally bottled after almost two years from the harvest

    Expressive and full-bodied with a full and lively colour. Citrus, herbaceous and vibrant. On the palate it's full and persistent with nice minerality and length.
