    Hand harvested from seven parcels (five of which are in the Enseignères vineyard, which sits below the Montrachet Grand Cru's of Bienvenues and Bâtard) all in clay-limestone soils


    Grapes are pressed in whole bunches gently by pneumatic press


    Both primary and malolactic fermentations in oak barrels (20% new)


    Aged for 11 months in oak barrel (25-30% new) with weekly lees stirring

  • Tasting Notes

    Beautifully aromatic, with crisp scents of apple, lemon and white flowers. Medium to full bodied with bright acidity, great length and a supple, chalky texture.
