De-stemmed and macerated for 30 days in fibreglass tanks before fermentation
Aged 2 years in concrete tank and ceramic amphorae
Bottled unfined and unfiltered
Dark and intense colour in the glass. With notes of Mediterranean herbs and undergrowth companied with ripe, dark black and blue berries and spice. Complex and powerful, with great weight and elegance. The concentration, acidity and minerality all continue long into the finish.
