Whole bunch grapes fermented and macerated for 65 days
Aged for 12 months in 500l old French oak barrels
A blend of red and white grapes traditional of the region. Ripe black fruit and spice a plenty with a hint of earthiness coing through. Real character and freshness from an experienced winemaker.
