    Gewürztraminer spends 2 weeks on the skins before pressing, before being soaked for a further few days with the Muscat skins

     

    Aged 4 months in stainless steel

    Highly aromatic and floral, with tropical fruits and orange peel bursting through. Very precise on the palate with a little grip and amazing minerality.
