Hand harvested from vines planted at 350m in silicious, sandy clay
3 day carbonic maceration before pressing
Skins of 'Caroline' cuvee (white field blend) are added and infused for 3 days
Juice is racked off and aged for 6 months in concrete vats
Full of ripe red berries and currants with light spicy notes running through. Fresh and balanced, easy to drink with young and lively tannins, ideal lightly chilled.
