In the unlikely event that your wine is damaged on arrival or if the wrong wine has been delivered to you, please contact us and we will arrange for collection and exchange or reimbursement. We will reimburse you within 14 days from the date you notify us, once the wines have been collected by our courrier, returned to us and inspected.
