Sassi is made by bringing together the grapes from seven different producers dotted around the region, all of whom are working organically and biodynamically in their vineyards, who wanted to stop blending their produce into generic co-operative wines made with conventionally-grown grapes.

 

Easy-to-drink everyday table wine, dry, high in acid, fresh, zesty and fruity. Super-easy and super-versatile.
