  • The Wine

Corentin Houillon’s began his winemaking journey in 1991, when he started working for the legendary Jura prooducer, Pierre Overnoy. Having the chance to be fully immersed in such a family from a young age became a huge asset and he then went on to study wine in Beaune and Montpellier. Corentin subsequently worked with some stellar estates that are at the forefront of Biodynamic farming in France, such as Domaine Tissot in Jura and Domnique Derain in Burgundy. He then travelled to the New World to broaden his experiences, and finally began making wine in Switzerland under his name for La Ville de Morges, before finally settling in the Chautagne region of Savoie, close to his Jurassic roots, but with a terroir of it's own where he felt he could produce pure and exprerssive wines.

A Gamay faithful to the terroir, beautifully expressive and characterised by a bouquet of red fruits and spices. A balanced palate between freshness and complexity alongside a subtle, smokey minerality.
